Research Experiences for Undergraduates

Sophomore or junior chemistry majors planning to pursue an advanced degree are encouraged to apply for Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU): Chemical Assembly, a competitive, exciting summer program that engages in cutting-edge research on the catalysts, drugs, nanomaterials, and sensors of the future.

Over 10 weeks we cultivate a learning environment that provokes students to ask, "What are the most important issues that face our society?" and then provides them with enough training that they can contribute to addressing those issues and to communicate what they’ve learned.
