Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy
The UIC has two Shimadzu UV160-U UV-VIS spectrophotometers. Their wavelength range is from 200-1100 nm with a 2 nm resolution. They can acquire data in one of three modes: spectrum scan, photometric, and kinetic.
