Calendar Pages Instructions

• Toggle over to Week or Month tabs to change the view.
• Current day of the week will always be highlighted.
• Click on event to view details: start & end time, description or contact person.
  

To Request a Reservation

• Click on Reservation Request at the top of a calendar screen
• This will bring up your email account
• Please provide all necessary details such as: Date, Time, Attendance, Title, Room you prefer, Special details
• Your request will be sent to the Business Office
• We will try to respond to your request within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)

Rooms 130, 652, and 733 have security code access. Contact the Business Office if you need access.
